If you're eating more than 2g per lb of body weight per day, you should be concerned.

Or if all of your protein is coming from hot dogs, you should be concerned. :)

Wow, at my weight, I could probably eat an entire cow and still not reach more than 2g per lb. LOL

What are your macros set to? I had to edit mine instead of letting MFP set them.

I took a quick look at your diary... The USDA for skinless boneless chicken breast is 256 cals. Not 321... Are you sure of your data?

Your protein is 45g? No, you don't have the slightest concern for going over. In fact, I would be concerned for those days where you are under. Protein is good. You want it. It's not going to be stored as fat. It's the macro least able to be stored (the conversion is something like 30% at best).

seems a bit low considering that some of that old fat is coming from protein based foods.

45 g protein/day seems very low. Have you tried the Ankerl keto calculator to set your macros?

I find that low. Mine's 70 grams, which is actually on the low end for what I do.

Well, I went back to the calculator and switched it a bit.
