Okay, since I've started LCHF I only have a BM about once a week and when I do it pretty much just runs out of me. I need to be really close to the toilet. I warned ya-TMI!!! Any suggestions?

No suggestions but I have noticed the same issues... I don't go for days... Then I become the eveready bunny... For a morning... WTH?0

This happens to me... The reoccurring part... I found when I add more salt it's not as bad to better0

Might try easing up on the protein. Try backing it down to about 100g and see if that makes a difference.0

Do you have a gallbladder? I get this when 1) I go too long between meals (like well over 12+ hours), 2) medication complications (metformin+dairy=bile explosions), or 3) when I get way stupid on fats (like well over 250-300 grams in less than half my day - only happened once). I have had it happen in response to a particular type of food. But for the most part, my trips to the bathroom for BM have slowed down tremendously. I have another condition that makes straining really bad, so I have to focus on getting enough water and such, but...this is the opposite of your problem.
I tried to glance at your diary, but it is locked down. If you are having a lot of one type of fat to the exclusion of others while you are still adapting to the new way of eating (3 months or less), this can cause reactions. Also, as point of reference, how frequently were you going before, and how...loose were you? I was going almost every time I went to the bathroom, ranging from straight bile pouring out to solid, normal waste, depending on the day, time, and a million factors...
Also, are you working out? My BM's become more regular and less complication to pass both directions (less sprinting to the bathroom and less strain) when I go for a daily walk or two of 15 minutes each. Without more info, it's hard to make any suggestions though...
And trust me, we've mostly all been through heck and back with this, so no TMI here... We can speak in medical/scientific/realistic terms.0 -
for some reason my diary keeps re-setting to private. I changed it back to public so hopefully everyone can see it.0

I was pretty regular, one fairly solid BM per day unless I had an overload of fat. Then I would have some really loose stool. Still have my gall bladder, no med changes. I would think that the amount of fat I'm eating would make me have to go more than once a week.0

I don't see anything crazy in your diary, but I'm no expert and haven't been doing this long. For me if I use anything with artificial sweeteners I get GI distress.... but I've stayed regular on this WOE. I am eating more carbs than you (my goal is 40 net carbs), though. I eat veggies at every meal if I can (occasionally I will make eggs without any veggies, but I usually throw spinach in them)... and I drink a ton of water. I've noticed changes in how much I go at one time, but I still go at least once a day.0

You're eating cheese pretty much everyday, eh? That's what I did when I first tried low carb 10 years ago. For me, it caused pretty serious constipation.0

Are you using any additional good fats when cooking - butter, coconut oil, bacon drippings, etc.? That can help smooth things out. I personally haven't gotten into that habit fully yet, so I love fat bombs to help with that.
As far as your protein, your goal of 45 grams, was that set by one of the keto calculators? If yes, then I'd be a little concerned that you're regularly going over on your protein, some days double it. You seem to be a petite-framed woman, so I don't know whether that 45 gram number is too low. From what I normally hear, that number seems low, but you seem far more "compact" than me from your picture.
Another thing that I personally had a problem with was creamer in the coffee, and certain artificial sweeteners. Even though you might have never had a problem with them before, you are essentially changing your whole body chemistry. You might try switching to Heavy Whipping Cream or something to eliminate this as a problem.
Oh, and please tell me that you are drinking more than 4 cups of water a day! I noticed this on a a few days. You should be drinking, at a mimimum eating this way, 1 ounce of water for every two pounds. So, you take your weight in pounds, divide it in half, and drink that many ounces of water. So for me, that is roughty 250 pounds/2 = 125. That is 125 ounces of water a day, so 15-16 cups, or around 7.5 water bottles a day. I don't know what your weight is, but unless you weigh 64 pounds or less, this is way too little water for you, and can definitely be the trigger for your problem...
It would bind you up until the fat overwhelms the dehydration and then explosions! Also, I didn't notice your sodium/potassium/magnesium levels, but if you're not getting enough water, you likely need to up those too...0
