Depends on what kind of food u eat.. One mistake people do is they get concerned with the numbers too much.. 2500 calories of complex carbs, protein, high fiber, healthy low sodium low sugar food is better than 1000 calories of junk and fatty foods... And one cheat day in a week of dieting and heavy workout is actually…

Imo u shouldnt be logging workouts... Not a single one.. Especially f u know u have alot of weight to lose.. Just eat ur needed calories and go beastmode on ur workouts.. Some people just stop exercising when they hit like ex 300-500 cals.. Which i think counter productive.. Not knowing how much ur burning makes u wanna go…

Grab protein bars or a handful of almonds... If u want fries, fry some sweet potatoes instead of the regular fries... Sweet potatoes=complex carbs

Have done IF for 14-16 hours a day, 900 cals a day last summer for 3 mos... Have to say its very effective.. What i did was fast from 7pm-10am eat,eat, workout around 2pm,eat,eat then start fasting at 7pm... I dont suggest this as a all year thing.. Id say 6 mos tops

Most people dont know too that squats build ur core/abs... Thats is why some people that power lift/ squat/deadlift have defined abs even though they dont workout their abs. Compound exercises are better than isolation ones

Looks like ur not working out hard enough.. If ur hitting ur calorie needs and doing everythin on ur diet then ur prolly lacking in cardio exercises... Do high intensity interval training
