I would say the biggest tip I have is stay plugged in. Don't quit on yourself. I have lost 117 with 133 to go. Feel free to add me for support0

It is simple my brother. Just log in what you eat and exercise. As you go along you will start to better understand how many calories / carbs / sugars are in certain foods. It also helps with portion control. Eating half of something cuts out alot of junk.
