It just a question, i dont think fruits or veggies will make you gain weight or make you fat! I was asking that because my friend on weight watchers and they don't count fruits and veggies( im not talking here about high calories veggies like avocados and potatoes) .

Omg i finally fixed it, i unlinked both then relinked maybe 6 times... And the only way i could link back is when i went on the mfp app and clicked on steps , add new device and added again the fitbit. Thanks a lot for all the help! Xo

No the issue is that i dont see the activity log from the fitbit, i was seeing the steps until i unlinked them, now i relinked on mfp from website and i dont even see steps anymore

Cool, i will add you as friend, and i create a private group :smile: and invite you guys. I will give until friday for other mfp pals who want to join until i reach 15 (i dont want it to be to crowded, its nicer to know everyone and have time to ecourage everyone)

I use a polar watch so the calories burn are pretty accurate. I dont use the one from the machines. But if i dont eat them back will i lose more weight?
