So i keep reading online About apple cider that helps losing weight. Anyone heard or drank it and saw results? Thanks

It's a myth, it's just another food that got dragged into the weightloss bandwagon. It does taste nice though, when you have it in hot water with some honey. Very soothing if you have a cold.0

Just try to avoid having it touch your teeth. Its incredibly high acidity will eat away at the enamel.0

This. Bogus as a weight loss tool. Just another myth making the rounds. Good as an ingredient in a cold tonic.0 -

Water does the trick just as well
Green tea, apple cider, lemon water...they all help flush the body out and supress appetite. Not really much to lose in trying though, so if you struggle to drink water usually, give it a try.
Don't think there is any metabolic advantage though, at least not one that has been proven by experts other than those that sell it!0 -
