Thank you all for the suggestions! I will have to just experiment here and there. I absolutely love cheese so im hoping that I can get away with eating it still. I did not know that there were so many variations that were lactose free. I will definitely have to go to the store and just spend some time looking.

Thanks for the suggestions. I like the workout schedule thing. I think I need to set aside specific times for workouts. I feel that if I have things actually planned out, I am more likely to do them.
