I hit the gym and try to work off my stress and frustration. I also like to sleep it off but naps are a rare commodity to come by when you need them. I can actually feel all the tension in my shoulders and neck! For me food was never a stress buster. In fact I tend to go off food when stressed. It's when I'm happy that…

Yeah, I see the downward trend on my Libra app! I know that I'm heading in the right direction. But these last 15 kgs are taking ages even to move a gram! It's frustrating! But this challenge has been good for keeping me on track! This is my first ever challenge that I've participated in and I'm glad.

I am the sort who looks down the long road filled with all sorts of imaginary obstacles and excuses as to why I will fall off the wagon. This time I have learned the trick of keeping my head down and looking at just the next step, next decision I have to make and let the future take care of itself!

I do a cheat meal because for me there is only so much I can eat at a single sitting. And this way I can control the damage. Otherwise I can keep munching the entire day!

Sometimes, when the situation is pertinent to me I wonder what happened to the OP, did they ever resolve the problem and how did they go about it. So I came back to give an update. I know there are a lot of lurkers out there like me prowling the forums for infomation and answers! Thank you everyone, who have taken time to…

OP here.Just wanted to update my situation. After reading the suggestions here, I bought a new pair of shoes(after doing gait analysis and trying different brands). They are really comfy and c'mon who doesn't like new, shiny shoes! But it did not resolve my knee/foot pain, so I went to an Orthopedic who suggested an MRI to…
