This challenge has been very helpful to me these past 6 weeks. I haven't lost much by any standards but I figured that maintenance is going to be quite easy for me. I would like to continue to weigh in every week. Does anybody else want to do this?

Running....why do I love you and why do you hurt me back!! Every. Single. Time.
Just wanted to get it out of my system! To begin, lemme start by saying I love running. It makes me feel alive, fit and on top of the world. But every time I end up getting injured, in all different places. Foot~check, knee~check, ankle~check. I lay off running till I am better and I find that I have to start all over…

Squats and saddle bags
I have very large saddle bags (yuck) and unfor tunately they have become more pronounced with weight loss. Somebody saw me doing squats at the gym yesterday and told me that squats would make my thighs bulky and my legs would look worse. Can somebody please tell me if this is true?
