  • Definitely need to work on logging my meals, reviewing the day and make adjustments and avoid eating the calories I burn working out. I’m also going to try pre-logging my meals. I think this will help me stay on track.

  • We plan dinners for the week, but haven't done the same for lunches. Breakfasts are pretty consistent (eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc.), so rather concentrate efforts on lunches and dinners. Prepping definitely does make a difference! Part of the process is uploading recipes to MFP for easier tracking.
