I'm mostly paleo so I like sticking to my roots I'd probably eat a lot of fresh water fish and craw fish, white tailed deer, pheasant and geese, rabbit, wild blueberries and raspberries, potatoes, would probably have to make lutefisk for the winter months-- I'm from Minnesota.

Omg I LOVED whole30! I did it in January and I lost 15 pounds. I now eat a mostly whole30/ paleo diet! I wanna start again!

I feel like I didn't explain it correctly cause I'm looking at one of responses I wrote cringing. I didn't mean it in that way.. And I'm glad you understand. I have been waist training now and have lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist. I've seen amazing results so far and really glad I got started.
