I use the wrist band and just have it up over my wrist bone - during the 3G classes i try to start out in the weight room - it never goes to green usually (unless we are doing tons of squats) When I go to treadmill or rower I feel like a I make up for it though - I still burn around 500 - 550 calories a class.

I have been doing OTF for over a year and I love it - yes it is expensive but it is never the same class, always working different muscles! Ive been using MFP for 32 days in a row and haven't done very well - I am in an office with folks that are constantly eating chips and candy... I travel also so I have found it hard to stay away from sodium - this is my first time finding others who are in the same boat as I am !! Yay team - we can do this!!
