Well I saw the reviews of others on GNC and the photos of people losing weight within a time frame and I was intrigued. I mean it works for the most part but ever since this week, haven't seen any loss. But i'll be patient :)

Well, a bit of good news from my end. I weighed myself (again...lol) I'm 220.8 now. I'm going to take everyone's advice. I haven't done a body measure as of yet so i'll take one tomorrow.

Well apart from the fact my boyfriend says my stomach looks a little smaller, I haven't really examined. I usually can't tell when i've lost weight unless it shows in my clothes.

For the body measurements, when should i take those? Every month?

I weight every morning when I wake. I was 218 and when I went to the gym and worked out, I was 216. I guess I was bloated lol

When I meant my stomach is getting bigger, I meant it looks bloated in a sense. I'm not pregnant. I got my menstrual last month and I'm waiting for it for this month. And I'm on birth control.

Definitely. I get my periods every month. I'm also on the orthoevra birth control patch.
