i could have written your post. i managed to go from 207lbs to 185lbs now im back to between 188-192 lbs and it just will not budge no matter what i do its so disheartning and frustrating

Thats why i dony understand why my body wont use up the fat ! As i said before im starting to weigh more since o started jogging. I can.now jog 4 miles on treadmill non stop at speed 7 , takes me33 mins

Sorry if ive not been very informative on my fasting days i dont go over 500 on my normal days its around 800!1000 not more the 1200 i weigh 189 lbs last time i checked , yes im logging everything im 30 yrs old im 5.5 in height. I am naughty i weigh myself aaaallll the time

I dont like eating big meals as i feel so guilty after i dont know why my body isnt loosing it has to eventually? Even if im eating under ?

Tbh i today (fasting day) ive had a bannna and 1 ryvita with marmite so far and 3 big glasses of very weak sugar free squash and two cups of coffee

Yes i deff think.the wine hasnt been helping , however its not affected my weightloss before , as soon as ive started jogging the scales havent moved ?

Thank you for your reply , i think i have been naughty with the wine to be honest :o but i dont normally go over 800-1000 cals on my normal days food wise ? Im hoping im just going through a blip :#
