Up again. Annoying but not unexpected

I’m down 1.5. I am so torn about that stupid scale. It messes with my head so much!!!! Any ideas about how to focus on being healthy and not let little ups and downs have so much control over my mood?

Down one pound last week. I’m getting a little demoralized, but trying to look at the big picture.

Good question! Lots of people seem to be going the Keto route, but I get the impression we are all doing our own thing and seeing where it takes us. I find I don’t do well with strict restrictions — like Keto where one cracker brings you back to square one. I feel good eating low carb — fewer uncomfortable cravings. So…
