    Focus for this week:
    * drink more water - still working on this one
    * move more often - getting better
    * eat 'clean' and balanced - did okay last week but needs lots of prep. This is my big focus for this week.

    I have found that if you track daily or weekly and use an app like Happy Scale which uses trend lines, it can take you mind off the "ups" you need to track overer a longer period of time to see the big picture. And remember that any loss is a loss.

    I stumbled early in the week. Refocused on Wednesday and was able to end the week with a loss after all. Yay!

    This week is focus, focus, focus. I’m doing meal prep today for the week so I can take the guess work out of it.
