I wasn't able to exercise as much today because my foot's been bothering me a bit so I've been trying to give it a rest today. Still did some walking, still did some floor exercises and cleaning the house. and this might sound silly but I log my piano playing as well because I do move when I'm doing that (especially for faster pieces). Just been watching my calorie intake mostly.

3 days out of 5 I was able to manage a deficit of about 1100 calories. Hope my math is correct & my plan works out. a Kg a week..

Got my treadmill time in as Thursday is spent mostly on the road. Started a new book last night to help with boredom that leads to snacking. Between that and binge watching my new show I managed. Hoping for good results!

Down 3 lbs. Water weight, I know, but makes me feel better! Getting my 2 miles in to start the day. Prelogging and reading to continue to replace night snacking habit. Having water and coffee nights after the planned snack. Hope everyone is having success!

01/05. I love Saturdays, but sometimes I get pretty lazy. Going to pre-log my meals and aim for two miles outside. A little concerned about tomorrow as we have a wedding out of town. I struggle figuring out how to stay strong during celebrations.
