Started around 190 on January 1st, I'm 183 today. Haven't lost quite as much as I'd prefer but it's a good start for this year. 3 more pounds and I'll have lost a total of 60lbs.1

Hi there, I'm almost a month late to this Challenge, but hoping you'll let me join for the next two months. (pretty please??) I just logged into MFP today for the first time in months. I've done awesome on these challenges before and lost 55 lbs in 2016. Now the 25 lbs that found it's way back to me has GOT TO GO!
Anyway, hoping I can join.

It was a good week! I recorded all my food, stayed in calorie goal, got some exercise in, and have been staying away from pop.1 -
I’m down 1.5. I am so torn about that stupid scale. It messes with my head so much!!!! Any ideas about how to focus on being healthy and not let little ups and downs have so much control over my mood?0
