Be strong, take it one day at a time, and don't set unobtainable goals. A little at a time. And if you slip up don't get discourage, it happens, just make the next day better. Good luck we are all in the same boat.

Sounds great. Today i got up and worked out. Logged my breakfast. And on to work to be good. I started in January at 192, as of 2-1 i am at 184. Very happy, hoping to lose another 8-10 lbs this month. But one day at a time. Today ill be good.

For me i either do it in the morning or never because of my kids. So just try to sleep early and dont give yourself a choice.
