so ive just done this using calories burned over 2 weeks. for me was 30905 divide by 14 = 2207 cals a day. ive been eating around 1400-1600 ish

thank you very muchj. no i didnt weigh the sausage or bacon, i just scanned in the bar code and it said how many cals per sausage. maybe il start weighing those too thank you. yes i thought at first may be alot of water weight, i have realised i dont drink alot of water so i definetly need to up my water intake. i shall…

Ummm thanks guys some useful information there. I don't do alot of exercise. Just a bounce rebound class once or twice a week and walking. It may not be a calorie measurer but her one did tell her how many calories she had burned during her workout which it estimated to be around 500 more than the fitbit told her.

Thanks for replying. No I bottle feed. I logged it all but it seemed to little as I rememberd from when I did mfp before that people were saying mfp gives you to few calories. I adjusted it myself to 1650 does that sound ok?? Just wish I could sort the day time eating. Need healthy low calorie way quick foods to eat.
