Done before I even knew the challenge :) I gave up TV to go to the gym (I just watched tv while exercising...is that cheating?)

Rigger, I tend to get a lot of fat from other items I eat so I'm just looking for something that would give me more protein and not have extremely high levels of fat.

You can do this! So you slipped up, come back stronger. I think the fact that you spent the week getting back on track rather than giving up just shows how strong you are. What's your reason for losing weight? Maybe reminding yourself by coming up with a mantra may help.
