So, here's the update if anyone cares... We went out, had a nice time. I made brownies(not LC) bought some ice cream with whipped cream. Totally went over on calories and EVERYTHING else! Thanks so much for the kind and encouraging words. I don't feel as nervous as I did when I made the post. As far as the "just this once" mentality, that was exactly like me. That once would lead into eventually an everyday thing. It was a terrible rollercoaster.

I've cut out all of that and feel fantastic! Wouldn't go back to the way I was eating. I was addicted to sugar and "carbs" can't have it its too much of a trigger for me. I've upped the good fats and not as hungry as often. The carb monkey is off my back!

Yes, there is a such thing as a bad breakfast. Your b fast sounds good. Personally I would add some protein powder in there and try to find some good healthy fats, avocado.

Have you looked into a Low carb High Fat Way to Eat? I know it's not too popular on here but check it out. You can have steak with REAL butter with a side of veggies just skip the roll. Have Water instead of a diet Coke.

I can't keep chips in the house, if I do buy them I give them to my husband and he locks them in his car. As far as sweets I bought a tool box and a lock. I have them all locked up until I think I need some, the key is in a separate area so I have to think about what I'm getting instead of them just being there in plain…

I like to get it out of the way in the morning but I can only do that on the weekends because I work through out the week.

My husband works as a retail manager and averages 12,000 to 16,000 steps a day. He's got the ZIP though.

On the weekends I just get ready at home and go. If I'm going after work, in the morning I throw a sports bra, a shirt and a pony tail holder in a bag. Change at the gym, workout then go home, take off workout clothes throw them in the dirty clothes and take a shower.

I second putting yourself on a schedule. Also, go to the gym, get sweaty don't go to the store right after you are all wet and stinky. Go home take a shower make yourself something healthy to eat. Take this time to better yourself, kick some butt at the gym!!!

I'm no expert but I would do the opposite. I would cut out 100 calories and maybe do 60 mins of exercise.

Put your green smoothie in a colored glass not clear so you can't see the green. Sorry, I guess I forgot to write that I don't eat Red meat. Mostly Chicken and turkey, which I do have everyday.
