I log all of my foods when I wake up. It'll give me a little reminder about breakfast and I just do the whole day. I pretty much eat the same things everyday so it's not too hard.

Good to hear. I've done this before, last year for 3 months then something happened and it snowballed into me gaining 20lbs. I'm back at it 10 days in and 8lbs down.

So, it's not because I'm eating too much grease because I'd have to give up bacon. This feeling is so gross. I'm putting some cornstarch on it tonight to hopefully help. I've washed it with baking soda and rinsed it with vinegar.

I have a Fitbit. It keeps me on track, I like that I can see a record of my lazy days vs high energy days, so I think I've lost weight because of it, maybe. I do know that for me it's more abou diet than anything.

I try to stay around 30 carbs but I also really watch calories. For me personally once I get the carbs and sugar out of my system I don't crave them. If you are on Pinterest type in paleo snacks. Off the top of my head hard boiled eggs, pork rinds, bacon, string cheese, pickles, olives, almonds. I sometimes make my own protein balls and stick them in the fridge.

Can you make those egg muffins? Freeze them and just bring them on the days you may need them? Also, maybe some nuts, macadamia, pistachio, almond. I portion those out into baggies on Sunday so I have enough in my stash for the week. I may eat the whole Baggie in one sitting or I might just eat a few at a time.

Chia pudding. Add some Chia seeds and unsweetened coco powder to some almond milk let sit for a while. The Chia seeds expand and you have pudding.

I no longer make the typical PB and J for my daughter(8) today she brought in grape tomatoes, cucumbers, cut up hotdogs and some cheese. you can get on pinterest and they have a TON of Low carb lunch ideas.

1)Being able to play with my kids and go on the rides and not just walk around holding everyone's stuff. 2)To be proud of myself and my accomplishments. 3)To be in control of what I eat and not have what I eat control me. 4) Smaller clothes are easier and cheaper to find. 5) I don't want to have health issues.
