Don't really believe in a set time. Instead - focus on the SAME time every day with the SAME conditions. If you weight yourself naked, always weight yourself naked, etc.

Ya it happens. The key is to move on and regain control. Like betuel75 said, I take a day (once every 14 days) to eat foods I normally restrict. usually 6k calories easy on that day and still losing a pound a week. Move on and stay consistent the rest of the time.

Like you said 16 pounds lost is a great start. Congrats! In regards to further weight loss, can you confirm you log everything and weigh your food? Things that may seem minor can have a huge impact. Canned tuna and Greek yogurt always work for me. However my all time favourite is an Americano black. Not sure why but it does the trick for me.

It's possible but will be tough. I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks last year and I was already relatively fit. However i was training advanced Muay Thai at the time along with kettlebell workouts. Super strict diet and intense training is the way to go but it's still a lofty goal.

The eating until I'm completely full mentality. It's much better to eat just until your satisfied but MAN... Sometimes I wish I could stuff myself until i pass out hehe.
