Just curious how everyone decided what their goal weight was. Also curious about your thoughts on being a few pounds heavier than your goal weight but happy with what you see in the mirror. Would you go to maintenance at that point?
So just curious which part of your bodies are the last to lose that extra bit of fat? For me it's the lower belly. Starting to get more lean but the stubborn lower belly fat is trying hard to make permanent residence! :)
