I do very infrequent cheat days every now and then. I would say once a month. No tracking happens in those days! It hasn't slowed my progress to date, mostly because I have one when I feel/look really lean, get it out of my system and then move on. I gain a bit of weight for 3-4 days but then business as usual after that.

Haha I did notice something similar as well. A 1-2 pound fluctuation weighing myself before/after taking a shower. It's mysterious

Feel free to add me. The more motivation the better.

I always end up screwing up when I reach my ideal weight goal. It's like I get a feeling of conquering my goal and I lose the motivation it has taken to get me there. I'm two pounds away from my ideal weight again and this time I'm not getting side tracked for anything.

+1 for nothing. I prefer to enjoy eating after a workout anyways so I can enjoy it fully instead of rushing early in the morning

Ya it's definitely tough to find what works for you. I love yogurt and fruit but the same thing happens to me. I'm hungry very quickly after I've eaten. It's all about oatmeal for me. I love it and keeps me full for awhile.
-
I second the oats. It's my go to pretty much every and working wonder for curbing my big appetite lol.

Count me in as well. It's a personal goal of mine anyways so why not do it as a group? :)

Feel free to add me as well!

I hear ya..... But at the end of the day, your main focus should be on your trends of weight loss and gains. Where it's trending over time is the best way to measure impacts and see if your plan is working.
-
I personally weigh myself every day just before dinner. It's easier for me to remember to do it this time consistently. With that said, whatever you choose, make sure it happens in the same frequency and same time-frame. It's all about consistency to accurately measure progress.

Got about 8 to lose but the more motivation the better! Feel free to add

To me, it's really about loving the process. If you only picture the end result, it may be tough when you're mind starts creating doubt. If you find a way to enjoy the grind, it becomes that much easier.

Sorry, would have to pass bro :)

I suggest finding what times of the day you are most hungry and plan your days according to that. I tend to enjoy a large dinner so I sacrifice having a big breakfast and lunch. With this approach, I'm pretty full after dinner and satisfied throughout the night without eating. Hope this helps

4 pounds to go for me!

Nice program! Yes, I try to alternate the days if I can but some weeks I do two weightlifting days in a row but focused on different muscle groups.
-
Agree with the majority here. Remember how you felt right after the binge for the next time. All you can do now is move on.
-
For this week I'm mostly having homemade smoothies to help with the last push of my cut after my vacay. Great results so far and looking forward to maintenance lol.

Just 2.5 pounds left for me. I find changing up my workout routine has helped. I minimized my HIIT type of training and increased my strength training the last 3 weeks. It's working well so far. It goes without saying that your diet has to be pretty strict at this point.
