I believe in eating ANYTHING you like as long as it fills within your calories. Like others, sodium is the biggest thing. Most fast food and restaurants are like bombs that explode! Every day - wake up, pee, take off clothes, weigh. I have a medical reason and have to watch the water in my body but I understand the fluctuations for the medical reason vs. my goal weight.
