Love canned salmon for croquettes. Make sure to buy high quality add celery, onion, some Lawry's Season Salt or Old Bay if you like it, add a little Panko. Pan fry and it's awesome. I know so people like to add a little mayo but I find the canned salmon has enough fat for me.

Actually, I am in the process of making an Almond Flour Tart with the Ricotta with a little honey and lemon zest, then top with Dark Cherries glazed with Pomegranate. And it will only be 190 calories so I think it looks pretty good. Pics to come.

I know it's not a meal, but I just made my own fresh Ricotta cheese and it is so smooth and yummy. I added no salt. I'm so excited to use it either in a tart or a pasta.
