I just make a full fat batch of batter, dough, whatever the recipe is, and bake it or portion it out into smaller sizes. Muffin tins are great for this purpose.

I sometimes cook my oats in water with sweetener (I use artificial sweetener) and a pinch of salt, then fold in chopped dark chocolate and mix well until it melts. I top it with banana slices, almonds and cinnamon and It's like having dessert for breakfast.

The amount of water depends on how thick you like your oatmeal, personally I like it thick and mushy. And the amount of chocolate depends on how strong your craving is :D

    Yum!

I take chocolate whey islolate protein powder, egg white, pumpkin puree, baking powder, splenda, banana extract or any other type you like. Mix it, microwave it for 30 seconds, mix it again and microwave it for another minute. Use anything you want to top it and you have a fluffy chocolate, low calorie, high protein dessert cake thing...
