I use my salad plate for meals. It let's me feel like I get a full meal.

My personal tip to using dressing on salad: Place 1 serving (generally 2 Tbsp.) in a small bowl, cup, whatever. Dip my fork in said dressing, place fork in salad, eat. By the time I finish my salad I usually have half left and I'm very happy. :)

I wish I could walk my stomach off. I have had a belly, even when I was a string bean kid. I am barrel chested and have a short torso. I could cry, no matter how much I have lost. Seems like I have more intestines than body to hard it in. :'(

What sucks is even if you are in post-menopause you STILL have the monthly crap. Each month I get bloated, grumpy and still want to eat more than when I am hungry normally. It comes on like I have it every month at the same time/date. And I have not had a period since 2004. Just so you now. :'(

I see that you are not using your Food Diary. Today...not tomorrow, you need to use your kitchen scale and weigh EVERYTHING (even that one little donut or cookie or soda). I agree. I use and LOVE my Vivofit! No matter what anyone says, I seem to be losing weight using MFP and my Vivofit together. Basing my gate/pace, my sleep, my calories consumed, etc. I think the two have been a really great way to use the tools. AND, it syncs with MFP like a clock. Worth $100.00 for me.

Nicely, my Vivofit syncs my exercise calories with MFP. Otherwise, it's a guess estimation for manually added.
