I have this same problem. When I put my right foot in the floor in the morning when I get out of bed that pain is excruciating. I can barely stand on it. I lost my first 55lbs at home. I used Dvds and kinda did my own thins long as I was being active. I just joined a gym because this summer has been difficult to stay on the grind and I gained 13 lbs back. Its totally possible to lose at home just keep at it.☺

I started her Ripped in 30 Days. It was harder and I didn't lose anything. Then I started doing my own version of aerobics. Then I began losing weight again. :)

I'd suggest starting with the cardio machines. That way u can get a good look at what others are doing and go from there. That's what I've been doing. Lol

For me it as about 12 week into the journey. I had lost about 25 pounds at that time.

I did the 30 day shred last month and lost 8lbs. ☺ I was at a plateau and I know its not much but I did not follow the diet plan. So I figure 8 lbs is not bad in 30 days. In Oct I'm going to do Ripped in 30 days. Good luck to u.

I recommend changing the time of day u exercise if u can.

I think 2 pounds is very good to say you just started. That's how much I lost in the beginning and my starting weight was 263. I'm now 221. At least u didn't gain 2 pounds. Slow and steady always wins the race.
