1) Mini Goal is to be at 220 or below it by July for my friend's wedding. I'm at 246 now.

I just got my TDEE done yesterday and it said 1671. I spoke with the nutritionist and he explained that if I don't exercise for the day then that is where my calorie cut off should be for the day. With exercise I can eat as many as 1800-2000 calories a day as long as I have the 1671 deficit I'll continue to lose. MFP doesn…

Thank u guys. I did do the modified version of the cleanse and lost 6 pounds total in 10 days but I lost several more inches than expected. I plan to do it again in the future not for cleansing sake but I do like the way I felt by the end of it. More energy, less cravings for sweets and better sleep is priceless.

When I go to the gym I stay for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to burn 500-600 calories. I'll do 45 minutes of cardio which usually nets me about 350-400 burned. The rest is all about controlled weight lifting machines. So I guess it depends on what u are doing and for how long.
