Hey everyone I'm new to this app but have been working out hard since mid to late February. I've lost about 9 pounds already and I want lose another 10 to 15 pounds by June 24. I hope I can do it! Would love feedback or help for losing weight and yeah. Add me & I hope you guys are doing great!

That's so doable in my opinion. Keep eating as clean as possible and make admit a goal to get moving 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Feel free to add me as a friend. JoRolleNola1

Thanks! I'm trying to at least workout for 30 min. I can't really do other workouts. So walking helps a lot0
