Weight lifting for women
This is a stupid question but can anyone recommend any weight lifting videos or dvds for women only? Weights intimidate me but in order to avoid flabby skin I know lifting and drinking water are a must. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Calories & Cardio
Does anyone think if I'm on a 1330 a day calorie plan and I'm doing cardio for 2 hours a day and possibly burning about 400-500 calories at a time, this is a good think overall? I'm worried about doing too much to soon in this process (its only been 3-4 weeks since I started).
