Linking Polar FT4

I'm trying to link my Polar FT4 to MFP. How would I do this?

    I don't think you do with this model? You read your calorie burn and search for or create an exercise in MFP. Then you type in the calories listed on the ft4 after your workout

    If you require auto syncing you may prefer another device
