I couldn't do real push ups. I had to do the ones on my knees. By day 8 level one I could do the real deal push ups!!!

I'm sure you'll see a difference! My knee pain was due to impact I think... Altho warming up more would probably help!!!

I always did cardio first. But I spread them out due to the shreds intensity

I've been doing the mon beginner shred... I can no longer do it due to my knee. It hurts to walk. I'm going to focus my energy on lower impact workouts. Such a bummer! I was on level 3 day 5.... But I can hardly walk!!!

I have a huge gap between doing cardio and the shred. I'll do one in the morning and one at night. It's too hard for me to do them back to back!!

I've seen great results but I've also been counting calories and working out 3 to 4 times a week. Are you doing anything other than the shred?

Good for you!! Great progress!! I totally skipped working out yesterday. We had too many commitments after school with the kids. I'll be hitting the gym and shredding today!!! My birthday celebration is tonight. I'm already dreading the calories... I need to just have fun! It's been a while!

I thought level 2 was way worse than 1!!! I skipped my last 2 level 2s and went onto 3!! I like it so much better

I took last night off due to cramps and went back today... Holy cow! I could feel I took a day off! It was rough!!!

I read that knee pain can be due to week hips. There's exercising u can look up to strengthen the hips and knees. I found a couple on Pinterest.

I just did level 2.... Wow..... It's crazy hard! Fun though because it's new moves and a new challenge. Man my knees hurt though.... What if I do all this work and then can't walk in Mexico because of knee pain. Wouldn't that be ironic!?! Atleast Id look good in my swimsuit! Priorities!!! Lol jk

I am telling you it gets way easier at day 4. Work thru that pain! I don't even get sore from it anymore, other than my knees. I'm starting level two tonite.... I'm so scared!

I measured myself. I feel like when I look in the mirror I'm not seeing a difference, but the tape measurer tells a different story! I'm going to do the elliptical instead of running, hoping that will help my knees!!

Yay! I'm going to keep going even tho my knee isn't happy. Hopefully it'll strengthen and not continue to get sore!!
