That is why I chose magnesium malate because of my fatigue and joint pain. I have only been on it for about a week but my joint pain and stiffness does seem better. I usually use 1 tablespoon in my BPC in am and now I started sautéing my veggies and eggs in it also. I prefer not to have the coconut taste so I use the refined. Is there a better brand to buy? when I go to store or look up on amazon there are so many to chose from......
