Went to Costco yesterday and was pretty shocked to see the woman in the mirror in the ladies restroom was much thinner than I remember. I turned to the side and “where did my thighs go?!?” 😂

CICO I hace dietary restrictions related to my health so there is a hard line on foods I cannot and will not eat, but outside of that, I watch my calorie count. I do pay attention to my protein.
