Hey people.... I'm new today, I also joined the gym today also.... I need motivation to kick me in the butt :D welcome to add me .... I don't know how to do it???

:D great...... I've just come out of hospital after 2 months and have put on a bit of weight.... I had pins and plates in my ankle.... joined the gym today and started lite n easy.... I hope this helps also.... oh, I'm Lisa
