Hi, I'm new at this and am looking for people to join me and help motivate each other... and make some friends along the way :-)

    :D great...... I've just come out of hospital after 2 months and have put on a bit of weight.... I had pins and plates in my ankle.... joined the gym today and started lite n easy.... I hope this helps also.... oh, I'm Lisa
