Can even cause runners colitis and bleeding which I have had in the past. And avoid too much simple sugars, like energy gels which can cause an osmotic…

Remember this. As you have less front belly fat there is less tension and may accentuate your "love handles". Also more fit people have more prominent obliques (muscles under the lobe handles.) Dont give up. Do more core work!

I guess a lot of places have awesome beers. I live in PA and most craft beers that I like are from Michigan or New England! Glad I'm not alone.

For my half marathons, the distance on MapMyRun was always a little longer, like 13.56 instead of 13.1. I figured it is due to me weaving during the race. However, when I run the same courses, it is usually almost identical. Perhaps the GPS in phones vary a little.

I hear you. If you were a 20 year old blonde female you would have a 100 responses by now. But I am 45 years in the making and fighting aging every step. Exercise is routine but diet tracking is new and successful thus far. Feel free to add me. I'm with you.

Hey Caoimhe, I'm Dan and new here. I love the T25 workouts and run occasional half marathons. Nothing got me over the hump until this app a couple weeks ago. Looking for motivating people to reciprocate with! Add me if you choose. Thanks!

I hit the diet wall too and started MFP 2 weeks ago. Amazing so far. But I can see the diet options decreasing and getting bored. New to this forum for 1 day. Feel free to add me. Sounds like similar frustrations.

Cool. Thanks. I'm more confident with this app. I hope my determination lasts.
