Freaked out about reaching goal and daily calorie increase
I reached my weight goal and suddenly my daily allotment of calories increased a lot. While happy about reaching my goal, which was really tentative, I cant imagine allowing myself that many more calories. I plan to fine-tune my goal little lower. How to sneak in more protein?
I feel like I tried to eat a decent amount of protein. I eat cereal with high-protein since I don't eat much eggs. I try to grab something for lunch with a little protein. And then I end up getting a pretty large amount of protein and dinner with fish or chicken. However, I still barely get 20% protein per day. Any ideas…

Calorie burn estimate on T25
I alternate T25 beta and gamma. Wondering if anyone had a decent calorie burn estimate. I usually log it as "high impact aerobics" for 25 minutes.

Whoa, everything is high sodium!
i had a turkey wrap, come to find out that the wrap itself in addition to the turkey was 1500 mg. it seems everything that is lower fat and lower cal is high salt. Basically any processed food. Had a small piece of salmon with spinach at Applebee's around 500 calories but 1500 sodium. Appalling.

Looking for morale partners breaking plateaus
40s are tough. Always been active but not counting calories. This app is amazing and introspective. Even running half marathons and doing T25, I found a plateau, still wanting to drop 15 pounds.
