I aint staying on this diet forever its a head start to help loss weight couple stone then will slowly come off the shakes by having one shake a day and have lunch and dinner, I am still eating through out the day just having shakes for breakfast and dinner and then 3 snacks a day thr snacks can be up too 95kl each thanks…

I am still eating in the day just low calorie snacks and fruit and still eating a dinner I have heard good reviews on this diet
