Hey, I just want to say I took your advice and changed my plan to 1lb a week. I have continued exercising and watched I didnt eat back my exercise calories. I weighed in this morning 3.4 lb less! I just want to thank you for your great advice 😊

I do eat back some of my exercise calories which is bad I know but not often enough i dont think to not see any difference. I started back in July 2014 but then stopped for about 6 months. Started again then stopped for about 4 months again (don't ask why because I can't give you an answer). I actually haven't ate it yet. I was too worried that it was bad for me. Makes sense though, just to eat less calories that day to accommodate the calories in it. Thanks :)

So having too much protein or too little fiber, carbs, fat wont keep me from losing weight?

I did MFP before and just started again a couple months ago. It seems like my weight loss is very slow. I try to keep track of everything I eat and I exercise regularly. I thought maybe I wasn't getting enough carbs, fiber, fat etc. But I don't want to increase my intake if I don't need to

Hi, I am also trying to lose weight. I have used this app before then quit. I am determined to stick with it this time and see results. Counting calories sure puts the foods you love in perspective. I didn't realize some foods were so high in calories!!!!
