Lost 80 pounds on 1200 calories per day. Been maintaining since last July on 1690 or so. I only fluctuate a pound or two.

I totally feel you. I was a solid XL and now buy a small. Pant size was an 18 and now those size 4's fit perfectly the thing I miss most is sweet tea but it's definitely worth it.

I started with a goal of 68 pounds but things were going so great that I continued until I hit 80! Add me if you want. I expect to be on the app on a daily basis now that spring is approaching and so is swimsuit season. If I can do it, anyone can.

Anything is possible if you dedicate yourself to it. I made it my mission to be fit when I turned 40 and started on my journey the month of my 39th birthday. Nine months later and I had lost 80 pounds. That was last July and I can say I've managed to keep them off. Just stay focused

It can definitely be done. I started my journey at age 39 and lost 80 pounds in 9 months. Six months later and I've kept it off and am currently the same weight and size I was when I graduated high school. Life is good!

I too am at 1650 to maintain. So far, I've found this to be pretty accurate as my weight only fluctuates a pound or two and I don't religiously log my intake like I did when I was losing.

While the "in 5 weeks" message can sometimes be less than motivational, sometimes it gives me just what I need. I'm in maintenance mode now but logged religiously for 9 months losing 80 pounds.
