I think you can only view people's profiles if your friends, To add you go to the "more" tab then click friend then the "+" on the upper right corner then you click on the add email with that you can add people by their username just hit send and your good ! Hope this helped

I'm still very early on my weight loss journey (5 weeks) but what I eat is mostly chicken and turkey ! I try to have either of those 2 with a carb (rice) and veggies (I have a hard time eating veggies so usually I just juice the veggies) I meal prep for food to last about 3 days this helps because you never think about…

I also listen to motivational speeches when I'm working out I think it helps because it pushes me to go harder, Check out Eric Thomas, & Les brown just YouTube their videos their so inspiring

I'm the same way but I tried to replace chips with granola bars lol I also bought a huge bag of peanut clusters at Costco and I just portioned those out in zip lock bags that seemed to help a lot, I also try to meal prep so I wouldn't think of what to eat I already have it prepared I hope this helped a little
