snacking is such a problem for me! Just looking for some friends to help keep me motivated! Just started attempting to run too!

    I LOVE to snack as well. Biggest problem time is at night after I get home from work, so I try not to keep anything tempting in my apartment. I'm also a runner, I'll send you a FR :smile:

  • I'm the same way but I tried to replace chips with granola bars lol I also bought a huge bag of peanut clusters at Costco and I just portioned those out in zip lock bags that seemed to help a lot, I also try to meal prep so I wouldn't think of what to eat I already have it prepared I hope this helped a little

    I've got the same problem. But I've been doing good. Instead of chips or stuff like that I do vegetables or fruit.
