i try not to have carbs in the evening so i would normally have a big meal around lunch time and then have salad or steamed / boiled veg with chicken for dinner. at least this si something u could also eat cold and put in a tupperware box

i use one as well. digital ones r so much easier than the older ones. pop ur plate on it and then put ur food on it so u can leave the plate and just reset it before each item.a lot quicker to log ur food with it as well. oh....maybe someone could tell me. when it says cup of something....are we talking cup/saucer size or…
