What kind of time frame are you talking about? You say you just started working out - there always is an adjustment period for your body once you start working out.

I've been making smoothies for breakfast recently. The great thing is that you can continue to tweak until you get a combination you like! Like a lot of you, I really struggle with getting in 25g a day. Raspberries have 8g in a cup, so I have been incorporating them into my days as well as a sweet treat :)
