Lots of these are just INCREDIBLE !0

Heaviest. 190 lbs at 5'9, 24 y.o. Couldn't do a single push up.
After 9 months and 32 lbs lost, at 158 lbs. Strength went up through the roof.
Currently, 163 lbs. Three more months and it would be exactly 2 years since the first picture. I'm on my second cut right now. Lost 18-19 lbs in 3 months. Can probably do 80-90 push ups in 2 minutes.
Wowza!! Great job!3 -
Started at 130kg (287lbs), now I weigh 77kg (169lbs)! I've reached my target and have maintained within that weight for nearly a year now! Staying healthy all the way and goodbye sedentary lifestyle! Keep it up, guys!4

So far so good. Looking to be in the best shape of my life by the time my 44th birthday rolls around in June...
Before (or at least as close as I could...late summer at around 245lbs...did get heavier, maxing at around 250-255lbs. That is an XL shirt and size 40 shorts.
Current...yesterday at ~210lbs. That is a M shirt (ok, a bit tight) and 34 jeans.
After...we'll see in June...

Four years to lose 110 lbs. Two years maintenance (with 20 lb re-gain) not shown because the MFP formatting of my photos is driving me insane. (Worst. Update. EVER.)
